Fresh snow blankets the surrounding mountains, enhancing the already dramatic landscape.
Went on some beautiful walks.
I took an antique steamboat, which has been operational since 1912, across Lake Wakatipu to reach the Walter Peak Farm. There, I indulged in fantastic cuisine and demonstrations of sheep shearing and sheepdog herding. Absolutely fascinating!
